68  What The Hell Is My Purpose?

“Lead from your purpose.”

Sounds inspiring. But what does it even mean?
And where exactly are we supposed to find this purpose – under P for pressure?

Most people don’t have time to chase abstract ideas like “purpose” or “calling.”
They’re busy getting through the day.

But working without knowing where you’re going or why you’re doing it, makes it impossible to steer the fastest or most efficient route.

Here’s what works instead:

1️⃣  Start with what you do best – the strengths that come naturally and energise you.
2️⃣  Add how you work best – when you understand your cognitive style, things flow more easily.
3️⃣  Tap into what drives you – when your goals align with what matters to you, success takes less grind.

My Performance Strategy Coaching makes this clear, in 3 focused, science-backed steps.
This becomes the foundation for clarity, confidence and sustainable success.
With that level of self-awareness, purpose doesn’t feel elusive. It feels obvious. And powerful.

🎯 Try this today:

🔹 Think of a time you felt proud of your impact, even in a small way.
🔹 What were you contributing? Who benefited? Why did it matter to you?
🔹 Your purpose often hides in the moments that felt meaningful.
